The FTC indicated 2.2 million fraud reports in their Consumer Sentinal Network Data Book for 2020, with the top 3 categories consisting of complaints about identity theft, imposter scams, and online shopping/negative reviews. Additionally, 44% of reports were from people between 20-29 compared to about 20% of people 70-79.
