You must register by November 21 to have your name called and listed in the online program at the ACES ceremony.
Registration forms will be sent via email by October 17, 2025, to all students who are on the pending degree list.
Tickets are required for the event. Students are allotted four tickets but can request more when registering for the event.
Tickets will be distributed in 128 Mumford Hall from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. from December 8-12. Tickets can be picked up by yourself or through a friend if appropriate permission has been given through registration.
Graduates should arrive between 4:30 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. to line up. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m.
The ceremony will end by 6:00 p.m. at the latest.
The event is subject to change as the semester progresses.
