Join instructor Christine Janak for a flowing yoga practice to strengthen your body and mind, improve balance and flexibility, and help regulate your nervous system. You’ll be guided through a gentle to moderately paced vinyasa-style practice ending with a guided meditation in the final resting pose. No experience is necessary, and modifications will be offered throughout so you can move at your desired level of intensity.
You will be more comfortable and have a better range of motion in clothes that stretch. A shirt that is fitted or tuckable will prevent it from going over your head when you bend over.
