A campus unit will be hosting an event in the evening on February 12, 2026 for invited guests that will utilize the Donaldson Family Atrium (Floor 1) & Dining Room/Fraley Family Atrium (Floor 3) from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM.
Preparations for this event are expected to take place in the Donaldson Family Atrium (Floor 1) throughout the day and will consist of table set-up/adjustments, catering prep, audio set-up/testing, etc in that area. Tear down is expected on Friday morning, February 13, 2026.
Although significant furniture relocation is not expected on Floor 3, catering and event staff are expected to be in this area late in the afternoon on February 12, 2026.
During business hours, staff may come and go through the Donaldson Family Atrium as usual. Dining space on Floor 3 is not expected to be impacted during the lunch hour.
