The main components of the Fulbright application are the Statement of Grant Purpose and, new this year, three short responses in place of a personal statement. In this workshop, we will show students how best to approach each statement: how to present their project in the most direct, concrete, and convincing way possible and how to present themselves as the ideal Fulbrighter. We will also review sample statements. In short, attendees will get a crash course in proposal writing -- one tailored specifically for Fulbright.
This workshop is for students applying for a "study/research" award to conduct research or an artistic project. Students applying for English Teaching Assistant awards should attend the workshop on April 25.
Please register in advance for this workshop, which will be held in person at the Grad College.
