Dr. Mariana Monti holds a strong academic and professional background in veterinary medicine and pet nutrition. She graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the Faculty of Agricultural and Veterinary Sciences, São Paulo State University (FCAV–UNESP) and earned a Master’s degree in Veterinary Internal Medicine from the same institution, with a focus on Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition for Dogs and Cats, and Extrusion Processes.

She also completed a postgraduate specialization in Feline Internal Medicine at CETAC (São Paulo), along with two MBAs from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), one in Project Management and another in Strategic People Management, with emphasis on leadership and human development. In addition, she is a Certified Professional Coach by the Latin American Coaching Society.

With 14 years of experience in Research and Development in the pet nutrition industry, she previously worked as a Research Scientist and has spent the last nine years in a leadership role within a major Brazilian pet food manufacturer. In her current position, she leads new product and packaging development, oversees the company’s Research Center, and manages Scientific Communication.

In this webinar, Dr. Monti will explore how science moves from formulation to market, discussing how innovation, nutritional strategy, and product development come together to create competitive and nutritionally advanced pet food products.
