Former Director at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI) and former member of the Economic Advisory Council of Prime Minister, Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Dr. Gulati is a renowned for his deep involvement in policy analysis and advice in India.
Dr. Raya Das Fellow at the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER). She is working on the political economy of agriculture development in Global South with a particular focus on India. She has published peer reviewed journals on public policy, credit, land relation, agriculture market, and livelihood sustainability of farmers. Her Ph.D. thesis was on “Agrarian Dynamics and Organisation of production in West Bengal” from the Centre for the Study of Regional Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
